Born: ?, Harrow, Middlesex, UK.
Education: Art school [Sculpture].
Career: Studied sculpture, but seeing few outlets for this craft, followed up with a post-graduate course in filmmaking. On leaving art school he formed a small company making 16mm doc's, and between times worked as a runner on more prestigious productions. He became established shooting doc's for TV, but he did not enjoy the sometimes less than ethical practices that were employed in that field.
