Born: 7 July 1942, London, UK, as Anthony B. Richmond. Sometimes cred as Tony Richmond.
Career: Began his career at age 15 as a messenger boy with Associated British Cinemas and later with Pathé-News where he was promoted to the camera department. Became clapper boy. While working on 'Judith' in Israel in 1964 he met Nicolas Roeg, who was then working as an addph. Was promoted to focus puller on 'Casino Royale'.
