Education: IDHEC, Paris, France [1964-?].

Career: Ph commercials dir by Jean-Jacques Annaud, Roger Vadim, Gérard Pirès, a.o.

One of the founding members of the AFC. Was president of the AFC [1997-99].

Teaches cinematography at la Fémis.

Played small parts in 'Femmes de personne/Nobody's Women' [1984, Christopher Frank; ph: Jean Tournier] & 'L'impossible Monsieur Papa' [tvm, 1995, Denys Granier-Deferre; ph: Bernard Malaisy].

Awards: Locarno IFF 'Ernest Artaria Award' [1980; shared] for 'Extérieur, nuit'; 'César' Award nom [1981] for 'La mort en direct'.
